The Squirrels (aged 4-6) at 5th Woodbridge Sea Scouts really enjoyed their Little Roots session at Wooden Roots. Kayleen was a calm, gentle presence perfect for this age group. The Squirrels absolutely loved playing (and sitting on!) the drums and learning the Swahili words that Kayleen taught them through her story. It was a nice touch to introduce the world map and show the children the distance Kayleen travelled from Kenya to the UK. Thank you Wooden Roots!
