This is a Large size hand made djembe that is lightweight for easy handling and would suit most people starting out on their drumming journey. Alternatively a great drum for use in schools, clubs and other community drumming. A traditional Mali style carving on the stem makes for a solid and no frills djembe. The drum is tuned for regular playing which has nice bass, tones and slaps! All materials used to build this drum are from Mali, West Africa.
