Big! Melina Djembe. Big sound with truly authentic carving within the shape and decorative foot carving outer design. This is the natural look of this wood, no stain, no dyes. It’s lighter in weight at 15.8lbs / 7.2kg and headed with goat skin and utilising our premium orange & red with black rope to help maintain the tuning. This colour was chosen to match the Wooden Roots original logo colours which is a great look for this drum and it sounds SUPERB – Wow did you hear that? It sounds so sweet.
