This djembe is sweet and is ready to be played by anyone who is looking to experience a nice tonal range.  I built this drum with the mindset of someone wanting a top class instrument that they could grow with meaning that its professionally built to help you with your drumming technique as you will need to play it right to get the drum to talk – Oh, and yeah it can be tuned to a screaming high pitch if you so wish.

 Did you know: The Mali tuning weave was designed and is used to tune drums in increments, to help create dynamic range in an ensemble and to potentially extend the life of your drum skin.  Djembes do not need to be tuned to a ballistic high pitch to hear its voice!
